You can provide air support for your units by selecting the aircraft sortie from the Air Support window menu to give it orders.
Helicopter entry points, battle positions and target reference points must be designated before the battle.
Helicopter Battle Positions[ | ]
Helicopter flights must have their point of entry and the battle positions and their target reference points designated.
During the battle, when the player calls the helicopters, they fly to the first battle position and observe its target reference point. The player can order them to change the battle position.
HQ units and the 'player character' unit can use the 'HQ CAS' order to call on-map helicopters for help.
Aircraft Waypoints[ | ]
The aircraft fly towards their designated waypoint.
The aircraft attack ground targets inside the smaller circle, and anti-aircraft units inside the SEAD circle.
